Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LightSite AI platform, including the website at www.lightsite.ai, the customer dashboard at app.lightsite.ai, and any related Generative Engine Optimization, AI search visibility, and Answer Engine Optimization services we provide. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Service Description

LightSite AI provides software that deploys machine-readable infrastructure on your domain (structured data, AI sitemaps, agent manifests, Skills API endpoints), measures AI crawler and assistant behavior across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity, detects competitor visibility gaps by query cluster, and helps execute the technical and visibility fixes most likely to improve outcomes. Service availability and support tiers are described in the SLA.

Account Eligibility and Security

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the organization on whose behalf you register. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at stas@lightsite.ai if you suspect unauthorized use.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

LightSite is offered on annual subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise). Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe. Plan tiers, included features, and current pricing are listed on the LightSite pricing page. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops the next renewal but does not retroactively refund the current term.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer or scrape the platform; use the service to publish illegal, infringing, or deceptive content; attempt to access other customers' data; deploy LightSite infrastructure on domains you do not own or are not authorized to modify; or use the service to send spam, malware, or unsolicited communications.

Intellectual Property

LightSite owns the platform, software, dashboards, models, and aggregated benchmark data. You retain ownership of the content you publish on your own domain and any data you upload. You grant LightSite a limited license to process your domain content and crawl logs solely to deliver the service.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep non-public information confidential and to use it only for purposes of fulfilling these Terms. This includes pricing, technical configurations, and aggregated visibility data shared between us.

Warranties and Disclaimers

LightSite provides the service "as is" and disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI search outcomes depend on factors outside our control (model updates, third-party crawlers, competitor activity), and LightSite does not guarantee specific ranking, citation, or visibility results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Each party's aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach if the breach is not cured within 30 days of written notice. Upon termination, your access ends and we delete personal data per the Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Tel Aviv, except where local consumer protection law mandates otherwise.
